The website states shipping is $6.99 every day, but I was charged more than that on my order. Why?
$6.99 shipping applies to orders of $70 or less, any orders over $70 will be charged 10% for shipping. These rates apply to orders within the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories are subject to a higher rate.

Can I ship my order to an APO or PO Box?
No, we can only ship to physical addresses.

What is your return/cancellation policy?
Gold Canyon guarantees all candles, accessories and other scented products. Defective products can be returned within 90 days of product shipment from Gold Canyon for exchange of other products of equal or greater value. A Return Authorization Letter must first be issued by Gold Canyon for any product being returned to Gold Canyon. All items returned for other reasons must be returned undamaged, in saleable condition and accompanied with a receipt or order confirmation email. Damaged products must be reported to Gold Canyon within 10 business days of receipt in order to receive a replacement product. What is the time-frame I should expect to receive my order?
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days and then you need to allow for adequate transit time based on your area. All orders ship from Chandler, Arizona.

Yes you can by going to www.ups.com and entering the tracking number provided to you through email confirmation.

Gold Canyon will continue to fill orders throughout December; however, please note that delivery prior to Christmas will not be guaranteed if you place orders beyond the dates listed above.
To determine the last day to place your order to ensure delivery prior to December 25, 2009, identify the number of transit days you typically experience in the chart above. Be sure to make a note of the last date to place your order to ensure delivery prior to December 25, 2009. Please remember that transit days do not include the weekends or holidays.
If you do not know the standard transit time to your area, please go to www.ups.com, click on Calculate Time and Cost and enter the required information. This will help you determine the estimated number of delivery days to your zip code.
Please note that because Demonstrators residing in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico receive different shipping services from those Demonstrators residing in the 48 contiguous states, the standard UPS zones do not apply to them. Please see the chart above for specific information regarding these service areas.
Note: Orders must be received by midnight on cut-off date. All domestic orders shipped via UPS Ground. All Canadian orders shipped via Purolator Ground. US Territories shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Gold Canyon is not responsible for any UPS, Purolator or USPS Parcel Post delays once the orders have left Gold Canyon’s facility.
