Returns & Refunds Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@goldcanyoncandle.com within 15 days of receipt. Please attach images of the damaged item(s), including the packaging in which it arrived. A full refund will be issued for products damaged during shipping. We would appreciate you not sending back damaged products but advise that you safely dispose of them after you receive your refund. Refunds generally take between 24 to 48 hours to appear on your banking records.

We accept returns of any unused Gold Canyon candles within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will issue a refund for the purchase price (plus tax) of any unused product after it is received in our facility. If returned 30 days or more after purchase, a refund is not available.

Please properly pack your items (please return in original packaging if possible) and send to Gold Canyon, 325 Silver St., Agawam, MA 01001. Please make sure your name and order number are included somewhere in or on the packaging.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error. Gold Canyon Candle will ship the correct merchandise at no cost to the customer. There is no need to return damaged or defective items.

We are not able to offer exchanges or store credit.
