We ship candles directly from our U.S. facilities. Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 4-7 business days.

There is a $7.99 flat rate shipping charge applied to orders. Orders over $75 receive free shipping!

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your candles from our home to yours.

We want you to love your Gold Canyon candles. If you're not fully satisfied, unburned candles can be returned within 30 days of delivery or store credit. You can find more information at our Return & Refund Policy.

We stand behind the quality of every Gold Canyon candle. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us at info@goldcanyon.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Gold Canyon is a US-based candle company that makes 100% soy wax candles with cotton wicks, hand-poured in small batches in the USA. Relaunched in 2022 by Scent Cloud, LLC (which acquired the original Gold Canyon name and fragrance formulas), Gold Canyon is known for strong, room-filling fragrances and clean ingredients.

Gold Canyon is the same beloved brand with new ownership. The original company closed in 2020. Scent Cloud, LLC purchased the Gold Canyon name and original fragrance formulas and relaunched the brand in 2022. Many candles use the original fragrance formulas, but all are now made with 100% soy wax and cotton wicks instead of the old paraffin wax.

Our bestselling fragrances vary by season. Our bestselling summer fragrances are Original Orange Blossom and Original Pomegranate. Our bestselling fall fragrances are Original Autumn Walk and Original Mulled Cider.

The previous owner of the Gold Canyon brand closed its operations in 2020. Our company, Scent Cloud, LLC, purchased the Gold Canyon name and fragrance formulas from the previous owner’s creditors and re-launched the brand in 2022. Scent Cloud and the Gold Canyon brand are dedicated to immersive scents, cleaner ingredients, and mental health awareness.
