Gold Canyon candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and no phthalates, sulfates, or toxins. Our candles are poured in small batches right here in the U.S.
How long do Gold Canyon candles burn?

Our 14 oz. candles are designed to burn for 35+ hours when properly cared for. This makes them a long-lasting candle option for everyday enjoyment or special occasions. Make sure to keep your wicks trimmed to 1/4" and always burn your candle until the wax pool reaches the edge of your jar for best results.

How do I care for my candle to get the best burn?

For the longest, cleanest burn, trim wicks to 1/4" before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly to the edge of your jar every burn. Proper care helps prevent tunneling and extends the life of your candle.
Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition scents?

Yes. In addition to our classic bestsellers, we release seasonal candle collections inspired by fall, winter, spring, and summer. These limited-edition scents capture the essence of each season.
Are Gold Canyon candles good for gifting?

My candle arrived with slight discoloration. Is that normal?

Yes, our candles are made of natural 100% soy wax. As a result, slight discoloration sometimes occurs. It will disappear when you start burning your candle.
Is Gold Canyon clean-burning? Why do you use soy wax instead of paraffin wax?

We use 100% soy wax, with no additives. for a more even and clean burn. That means you can enjoy Gold Canyon Candles without worrying about air-borne toxins or carcinogens. Plus, soy wax is more environmentally friendly than paraffin wax.

What is Gold Canyon's shipping policy?

We ship candles directly from our U.S. facilities. Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 4-7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

There is a $7.99 flat rate shipping charge applied to orders. Orders over $75 receive free shipping!
How can I update or cancel my order?

Orders are shipped weekday mornings at 8am MST. Please contact customer care at info@goldcanyon.com before this time to update or cancel your order. Once your order ships, it can no longer be modified.
Does Gold Canyon offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your candles from our home to yours.
What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Gold Canyon candles. If you're not fully satisfied, unburned candles can be returned within 30 days of delivery or store credit. You can find more information at our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my candle arrives damaged?

We stand behind the quality of every Gold Canyon candle. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us at info@goldcanyon.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Does Gold Canyon ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We're working toward expanding international shipping in the future.

Our bestselling fragrances vary by season. Our bestselling summer fragrances are Original Orange Blossom and Original Pomegranate. Our bestselling fall fragrances are Original Autumn Walk and Original Mulled Cider.
I don't see my favorite fragrance. Is it coming back?

Did Gold Canyon close?

The previous owner of the Gold Canyon brand closed its operations in 2020. Our company, Scent Cloud, LLC, purchased the Gold Canyon name and fragrance formulas from the previous owner’s creditors and re-launched the brand in 2022.  Scent Cloud and the Gold Canyon brand are dedicated to immersive scents, cleaner ingredients, and mental health awareness.
Who owns the Gold Canyon scent formulas?

We do! In fact, by popular demand, we are developing new releases with the original scent formulas. Look out for the 'Original Fragrance Formula' banner on many of our products.
Are the current Gold Canyon candles the exact same as the old Gold Canyon candles?

The old candles were made with paraffin wax. The current Gold Canyon candles are made of 100% soy wax and cotton wicks. Some candles have updated fragrance blends, but many feature original fragrance formulas, straight from our archives. Look out for the 'Original Fragrance Formula' banner on many of our products.
